Micro-Dermabrasion

   Microdermabrasion is a safe, pain free, and offers immediate improvement.  Fine crystals are blown over the surface of your skin to polish and abrade acne scars and wrinkles.  The crystals are then vacuumed up with the dead cells and carried to a waste container. Q.  How long is each treatment and what products are used?

A.  Each treatment takes between 30 to 45 minutes.  This includes a complete facial cleansing with "Glymed Plus" glycolic cleanser, and a pre-treatment solution to dissolve oils and old make-up that may be left on the skin,  then your treatment begins.  You will find that the treatment is very relaxing with "soft sucking" movements that massage your face to increase circulation and increase collagen production.  After the crystals are dusted from your face a "Glymed Plus" Oxy-radical marine botanical masque with vitamins  is applied to your face for 10 minutes.  If you require a glycolic or lactic acid peel  the skin will experience a deeper exfoliation.  This will remain on your face 3 minutes the first time till flushing occurs and you will progress to 5 minutes for your next microderm session and so on.  The masque is applied after this to calm your skin and nourish it.  A vitamin - C serum is applied,  GLYMED  accelerator, treatment cream and finally an SPF 35 is applied to protect your freshly micro-dermed face.

Q.  What are the results?
